Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your contract within 30 days, without a declaration of reasons, in text form (e.g.  Letter, Fax, E-Mail) or by returning the product. The cancellation period begins no sooner than upon the reception of these instructions. Sending of the declaration of cancellation or of the product to be returned before the end of the 30 days will be seen as keeping to the terms of cancellation. Cancellations are to be directed to:

Cancellation Results

In the case of an effected cancellation, the reciprocal products and/or services and any resulting uses (e.g. interest) are to be returned. If you are unable to return to us the recieved services and/or products in their entirety or parts or only in a devalued state, you will be required to provide us with the equal value. This does not apply when the devaluation of the item may be traced back to its testing - such as its state in the store. Apart from that, you may avoid the value reparation obligation by not taking the items into use as an owner and omitting anything that would reduce their value. Items returnable per post are returnable at our cost and risk. Items not returnable per post will be picked up at your location.
